ELAC volleyball splits two, defeats crosstown rival 3-0

LONG BEACH, Calif. — East Los Angeles College split two games this week losing 3-1 to No. 9-state ranked Long Beach City College tonight after shutting out Los Angeles Trade Tech on Wednesday.

At Long Beach, the Huskies (6-7) won the first set 25-22 to quiet the home crowd. It was the first set Long Beach (11-2) lost during their current six-game winning streak.
