On His 7th straight coach of the year award

On your 7th straight Coach of the Year Award- "This award goes not just to me but 7 years of consistency from our loyal assistant coaches past and present. Of course, no award would be possible without the commitment of the most talented young men that I have been so fortunate to coach."

JT Langston-Sophomore Forward "JT is just scratching the surface. I think even better days are ahead for JT. Being coachable and talented is a recipe for his greatness. Expecting to see JT in the NCAA tourney next year."

Cory Cofield-Sophomore Guard, 12ppg, 6.2 rebounds "A force to be reckoned with. - Corey will immediately impact winning at his next stop.  Corey did everything ELAC needed and was a leading force for our success."

Jon Sanders-Sophomore Guard, 12 ppg, 4.3 assists "Made the biggest sacrifice for ELAC's success.  Took on a heavy leadership role and sacrificed his game to be an extension of what the coaching staff needed on the court.  We are looking forward to following Jon at his next stop, D1 Coastal Carolina University."

Demetrius Calip-Sophomore Guard, 8.8 ppg "One of the most electrifying players that have come through ELAC. DC has the ability to perform at any level.  The evolution of DC as a great teammate and fan favorite will grow with his next college and professional journey."

Tyrelle Hunt-"The most consistent, reliable, and professional individual in his two-year tenure. One of the best scorers who ever wore an ELAC uniform. Expecting great things from Tyrelle on and off the court with his bright future."

Gregory Melvin-"One of the most versatile players didn't take long to carve out a role in his freshman campaign. We are expecting high recruitment for Greg in the future."

We congratulate our Huskies on these great honors. It was truly a special basketball season!
